Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, after going through immigration and customs you meet Make My Safari Driver outside at the arrivals and you are transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Overnight at (BB) DRIVE TIME: Drive from Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha Town is about 1hr and 30mins.
Day 2: Arusha to Ndutu
After breakfast, you check out and Depart for Ndutu for a Full Day Game Drive with a picnic lunch. Dinner and Overnight at South Serengeti (DBL) DRIVE TIME: Drive from Arusha Town to Central Serengeti is about 6hrs.
Day 3: Central Serengeti - Full Day Game Drive
After breakfast, you depart for a Full Day Game Drive with a picnic lunch. Dinner and Overnight at Central Serengeti (DBL).
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater and Transfer to Karatu
After breakfast, you check out and depart for Ngorongoro for a Half Day Crater Tour with a picnic lunch. Evening Drive to Karatu. Dinner and Overnight at Karatu (DBL) DRIVE TIME: Drive from Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater is about 2hrs and 30mins.
Day 5: Arusha to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you check out and depart for Arusha Airport with a picnic lunch. For your flight to ZanzibarDeparting at 00hrs arriving into Zanzibar at 00hrs. On arrival you are met by our local representative and you’re transferred to your hotel in Stone Town. After checking in and freshening up, you depart for a 2hrs StoneTown Tour which is a walking tour where you will be going through the narrow streets of Zanzaibar seeing how the locals live and also learn about the slave trade history and the excellent architecture of Zanzibar. You are then guided back to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Stone Town (BB) DRIVE/ FLIGHT TIME: Drive from Karatu to Arusha DownTown is about 3hrs. Flight from Arusha Airport To Zanzibar Airport is about 00 hr and 00mins. Drive fromZanzibar Airport is about 20mins.
Day 6: Zanzibar Tours
After breakfast, you check out and depart for the half day Prison Island Tour where you will be able to learn about the Island as well as look at the Giant Tortoises who are 150 years old and above. After Lunch You depart for Spice Tour On this 2.5-hour guided tour, immerse yourself in the heady world of the spices of Zanzibar. This tour will clarify for you why Zanzibar is called “spice island”: on this small plantation you’ll see where spices grow, among them cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, Zanzibar’s cardamoms, cinnamon, curry, menthol, pepper, tamarind, and ginger. You’ll also see tropical fruits such as papayas, mangoes, and jackfruit. Dinner and Overnight at Resort (DB).
Day 7: Leisure Day
After breakfast, a full day at leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Resort (DB).
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, you check out and you’re transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight to Go back Home. DRIVE TIME: Drive from Resort to Zanzibar Airport is about 1hr.
