Day 1: Nairobi to Judmaier Camp (Old Moses Camp)
Depart from Nairobi at 7:30 AM for Nanyuki Town, enjoying lunch on the way (4-hour drive). Continue to Sirimon Gate (1-hour drive), starting the trek. Follow the track uphill through the forest, transitioning to heathland after about 3 hours. Arrive at Judmaier Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Judmaier Camp to Shipton Camp
After breakfast, head uphill, forking left at the junction. Cross the Ontulili River and continue contouring through Moorland, crossing Liki North. Reach Mackinders Valley, enjoying panoramic views of the main peaks (Nelion, Batian, and Lenana).

- Dinner and overnight at Shipton Camp
Day 3: Acclimatisation Day at Shipton Camp
Spend the day acclimatizing with guided hikes. Trek to Kami Hut and down to Hauseberg Lakes (Hauseberg Tarn and Nanyuki Tarn). Return to Shipton for an early dinner and overnight stay in preparation for the summit attempt.

Day 4: Shipton Camp to Point Lenana to Mount Meru Bandas
Early morning departure at 3:00 AM to ascend to Point Lenana (6km from Shipton Camp).Arrive at Point Lenana at 6:30 AM for sunrise views and photography. Descend to Mintos Hut (6km) for breakfast. Continue hiking for 20km to Mount Meru Bandas (4 to 5 hours).

- Hiking Time: 11 to 12 hours
- Dinner and overnight at Mount Meru Bandas
Day 5: Chogoria Bandas to Nairobi
After breakfast, trek for 2 hours (15km) to the forest clearance area. Take a 4×4 vehicle for the remaining 16km to Chogoria Village. Connect with your transfer vehicle back to Nairobi.
