Highlights of the Tour
- **04 Days Shoulder Season: November**: Age 18+. Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and meet your safari driver for a transfer to Tarangire Park for a half-day game drive, then head to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay. After breakfast on Day 2, depart for a full-day tour of Ngorongoro Crater, returning to Karatu in the evening. On Day 3, embark on a full-day game drive at Lake Manyara, then drive to Arusha for an overnight stay. On Day 4, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home. Inclusions: well-maintained 4×4 vehicles with communication systems, game drives, experienced English-speaking driver guides, all park fees, accommodation with en-suite facilities, meals as indicated, unlimited bottled water, binoculars, and tea/coffee. Exclusions: personal items, beverages in hotels/lodges/camps, tips, travel insurance, extra costs for itinerary changes, and any government tax increases after confirmation. Local flight baggage allowance: 20 kg per person, with excess baggage charged at US$5.00 per kilo.
Itinerary
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, meet your safari driver, and depart for a half-day game drive at Tarangire Park with a picnic lunch. In the evening, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay. Drive Time: Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha: ~1.5 hrs; Arusha to Tarangire Park: ~2.5 hrs; Tarangire to Karatu: ~2 hrs.
After breakfast, check out and depart for a full-day tour of Ngorongoro Crater with a picnic lunch. In the evening, drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay. Drive Time: Karatu to Ngorongoro: ~30 mins.
